Mark Kluger
Attorney

Mark is the Shareholder of the Firm, with 26 years in the workers compensation industry. Mark evaluates files for the most cost-effective file handling options for his Clients. He also evaluates possible fraud on behalf of Employers/Carriers/Self-Insureds. Mark works directly with the Firm's Clients to develop preventative strategies for workplace accidents. 

 

Mark is a former Assistant State Attorney in South Florida before entering the workers compensation arena. He and the KlugerLegal, PA Team are committed to the highest standard of personalized service for their clients.

 

He serves as a frequent in-house lecturer to Employers, Insurance Carriers and the Self-Insured. Mark regularly lectures for the Workers' Compensation Claims Professionals (WCCP) and various claims associations.

Haadia Siddiqi

Haadia Siddiqi focuses her practice in representing employers and carriers in workers’ compensation cases. Ms. Siddiqi has been practicing law since 2012, with experience handling business law, corporate compliance, as well as civil litigation, concentrating on mortgage foreclosures, HOA collections and enforcement, and consumer protection.

 

Ms. Siddiqi is a member of the Florida bar as well as New York bar. She received her Juris Doctor from New York Law School and her Bachelor of Science in Finance from St. John's University, where she graduated with honors.

Ravyn Thompson

Ravyn is a Florida Registered Paralegal and has worked in various fields of law over her many years in the industry. She has a Bachelors degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with focus on behavioral science and legal studies from the University of Central Florida.  Ravyn has been a member of the KlugerLegal, PA Team for 14+ years.  She is familiar with the cases our Team manages and issues facing our Clients.  Ravyn works proactively to aid the attorneys in mitigating overall exposure by researching case law, through proper decision-making, and helping to investigate claims.

Claude Crevecoeur

Claude Crevecoeur is a Legal Assistant and graduate of Nova Southeastern University, Shephard Broad College of Law. He was a finalist in NSU law’s inaugural Intramural Competition and was an advocate for the National Trial Association as well as president of the Caribbean Students Association where he hosted the chapter’s first symposium. Claude was born in Haiti, and immigrated to the US in search of a better life, graduating from University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Sciences in Legal Studies, and a minor in Criminal Justice.

Claude welcomes the opportunities to make our clients' jobs easier as part of the KlugerLegal, PA Team.

Carole Carter has decades of experience as a Legal Assistant in workers compensation. She continues to be a very valuable part of the KlugerLegal, PA Team for over 15 years. Carole's experience is integral to her  handling all aspects of each case we manage for our trusted Clients.

Zachary Geller

Zachary Geller is a Legal Assistant in his second year of law school at Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, focusing his studies on Workers’ Compensation. He was a finalist in the 1L Moot Court Competition and an advocate and coach of the Mock Trial Team. Additionally, Zachary is the current President and Treasurer of Barry Law's Federalist Society Student Chapter. Zachary is a First-Generation American and First-Generation College Student, Graduating Cum Laude from Florida Atlantic University, College of Business, with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, and a Minor in Business Law.

Zachary enjoys working with our valued clients as part of the KlugerLegal, PA Team.
